1. Charge the brace

Fully charge the controller using the included charging cable before your first session. Keep the brace switched off while charging, and do not use it until the charging cable has been disconnected.

2. Loosen the straps

Open and loosen the adjustable arm and chest straps. This creates enough room to position the brace comfortably without pulling or forcing it into place.

3. Position it over your shoulder

Place the padded section directly over the shoulder you want to target. Slide the lower section around your upper arm, ensuring the controller sits on the outside of your arm and remains easy to reach.

The brace can be adjusted for either the left or right shoulder.

4. Secure the chest strap

Bring the long strap across your chest and underneath the opposite arm. Fasten it securely so the shoulder panel stays in place when you move.

5. Adjust the fit

Tighten the arm and chest straps until the brace feels comfortably snug. It should provide gentle compression without restricting your movement or circulation.

You should be able to slide two fingers beneath the straps. Loosen the brace immediately if you notice numbness, tingling, discoloration or increased discomfort.

6. Turn on your preferred therapy

Press and hold the power button to switch on the controller. Use the corresponding controls to select:

• Heat for soothing warmth
• Vibration for a gentle or deeper massage sensation
• Compression from the adjustable fit
• Heat and vibration together for the complete session

Begin with the lowest comfortable heat and vibration settings, especially during your first use. Button operation can vary slightly by model, so follow the instructions supplied with your unit when cycling through its settings.

7. Relax for approximately 15 minutes

Sit back and allow the brace to work while you read, watch television or rest. Avoid falling asleep while the heat is operating.

After the session, switch the controller off, loosen the straps and carefully remove the brace. Allow it to cool completely before storing or charging it.

Important safety guidance

• Do not use the brace while sleeping, driving or charging.
• Do not use it on broken, irritated, swollen or infected skin.
• Stop immediately if the heat feels excessive or causes burning, numbness, irritation or unusual discomfort.
• Keep the controller and charging connection dry.
• Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have reduced skin sensation, circulation problems, diabetes, an implanted medical device, a recent injury or surgery, or another relevant medical condition.
• Children and anyone unable to operate the controls independently should only use it with appropriate supervision.

Cleaning and storage

Switch the brace off and disconnect any removable electronic components before cleaning. Gently spot-clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never immerse the controller, battery or charging connection in water. Let the brace air-dry completely before using or storing it.
